Hi, I’m Mihika and I support moms of toddlers and tweens, on the brink of burnout, get back into the driver’s seat of their life in 24 weeks or less, without constantly losing their cool or running on empty, with clear strategies to improve their mental, emotional and physical health, regain control and show up as their most authentic self.

It can be very frustrating, right? 

You wear many different hats. You’re everything to everyone. 

Everyone thinks you’re on top of things. But then…you missed your child’s school event - again. It was right there on your calendar, but you were still reeling from the breakfast meltdown, the messy kitchen, the overflowing laundry… and so you forgot all about it.

How can this be happening? You used to be a top performer at work and now you can hardly imagine having the energy to pack school lunchboxes or figure out what to make for dinner.

Motherhood is really kicking you in the butt and you’re questioning it all - including yourself.

I see you, I understand you. Heck, I used to be you! 

Here’s the thing. I’ve learned so much since then and that’s why I’m here to help you.

My mission for One Mighty Mama is to support other moms to not just survive, but to thrive as a mother toddlers and tweens.
